    One star is too much for this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 9. They weren't delivered-called May 10 and was lied to that they would be sent out that day. Called May 11 and was able to get a refund and I asked that they still be delivered because of the previous agent lying (there were no notes that he contacted the florist like he stated and he lied and said that the flowers were being delivered on May 10). They were then supposed to go out on May 13. Call today, May 14 and the agent said that the order was cancelled when that's not what I asked for. Never again. They are the WORST and don't care.
