      This company produces top notch firefighting and prevention tools. Unfortunately, their website and customer service aren't cut from the same notch. After ordering a torch that showed an 8 day maximum delivery time, I was informed the next morning that the product was Eight weeks out, and that I could request a refund if necessary. While my order was promptly cancelled, they still haven't deposited the money back into my account three days later, and have a disclaimer stating that i may expect up to ten days of delay. My inquiry as to the average refund time, and their practice of misleading advertising remains unanswered, and my funds remain in their possession. All from a business that is literally less than an hour away from my house, in keeping with my intent to spend money locally. The seasonal nature of burning work made the sourcing of this item a priority. Considering the business they are in, they should be avoiding misleading shipping time claims, and accepting money they can't readily refund for an item they can't readily provide. I've had to transfer money from different accounts into my razor-thin business account to order the same item while I continue to wait for a refund. I can only hope the next supplier doesn't have the same problem with consistency.
