    I posted this to ****** and Yelp and now will be adding a review to BBB unless this is made right. June 28 2024 Don't do it! Price Gouging the customer! Learn from my experience!The one star is for the excessive cost of these shelves for what you're getting. *****, the designer was wonderful to work with, 5 stars all the way! ****** the installer was very professional and did wonderful work. I had thought these were very expensive from the beginning, so I had put off doing the 11 pullouts for a year. I researched rev a shelf and realized the cost would be the same once you hired someone to install.Once these were installed, I realized they just don't compare to the ****** pullouts we already had in the kitchen. The wood is much thinner, and you'd think for 7800$ these additional 11 pullouts would be soft close.These were installed last week and just on Monday my dog chewed into the corner of one of our cabinets. We've been in this house for a year and the previous owner remodeled the kitchen in 2020. These cabinets were from ****. Stupid me I should have called **** to add in the pullouts I wanted. While I was getting a quote for the damaged cabinet door I complained to the salesman about the cost of the pullouts. He was able to find our kitchen plan from 2020 and quoted me 2500$ for the 11 pullouts and labor. I am furious at myself for not going this route first but even more furious for the price gouging of ***********.Stay away if you want quality and save many hard-earned dollars. Please contact a local cabinet maker. You would want to look for a private cabinet shop that can build your pullouts. We are remodeling our ADU right now and the cabinet guy can't believe the price we paid. He said he would have done it for half. I am the dummy here, too much going on with remodeling in the house and outside in the ADU.Please take warning and do your research before going with this franchise that is over-charging for less quality than you can get.
