      The staff at Restore has been AMAZING to my teenage son who visits weekly. They helped us navigate which was the right package to maximize his access but not break our budget. They are accommodating, welcoming and really informative. We tried cryo together when they first opened and have had varying levels of service packages. We've tried red-************* and compression therapy and my son has experienced great benefits. We recommend Restore to all of his friends for great athletic recovery!

      Unprofessional, deceptive, and potentially harmful practices at this location. I had purchased (3) 10-packs of HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) several months ago, and the next day realized that I had been over-treated with HBOT and was experiencing medical over-oxygenation. This required me to re-evaluate the rate at which I had been receiving HBOT, and I immediately contacted Restore to discuss my concerns. I was assured by the then-general manager (along with the store manager, ******), to simply keep them apprised of my experiences going forward, and they would make sure that I continued to have the credits in my account, even though it was going to take me longer to use them. It was important to them (obviously) to make sure I did not have a medically adverse event as a result of using their services.Fast forward to today, and what a nightmare! I finally, after multiple attempts at discussing the ongoing situation with various employees (none of whom are the original people I had discussed this with, thanks to retail turnover), and the current manager **** had the nerve to act like he was granting me a favor by offering to extend my 26 sessions for three months.UhhhMike, has it occurred to you that it would be medically DANGEROUS for me to use HBOT that many times in three months? His approach the situation (he had no idea of what the context of the situation was when he finally returned my call) was offensive and shocking, considering this facility is supposed to be a wellness center!After having TWO sessions in recent months cause a severe PRESSURIZATION DANGER DURING HBOT, I had already been questioning the level of care available at this facility. (I had told these nurses multiple times that I NEED SLOW PRESSURIZATION DURING HBOT, but apparently their system or else their skills overlooked this crucial aspect, therefore causing SEVERE PAIN IN ONE OR BOTH EARS DURING PRESSURIZATION.)
