      the companies owners are good people they just employ management that treat their employees with the utmost disrespect and if that employee disagrees they harass and punish you for not bending to their harassment.from the first week is was belittles and called a liar, told i was too sensitive ( i am the least sensitive person ) then constantly lied to by the manager and she would play favorites with her friend ( the guy who would set me up to fail, by lying to her about what i did even though i wasnt there that day. he would setup the computers to fail after he would leave so i would come into the computers not functioning and being expected to fix them when i was only there 2 weeks. this guy would make fun of me about my weight or eyesight. this manager would come up with completely baseless accusations about things like the toilets had rings in them after i would clean them and then tell me im lying instead of just looking at them ( home owners and other employees would hear this and look and find nothing ) this manager allowed a 50 year old man to sexually harass an 18 your old girl and do nothing until she filed a complaint then they forced her out. this same guy would call be in the middle of the night looking for friendship and wouldnt stop and the sports center manager wouldnt even say anything then when i blocked his phone number i was told i was the most horrible person ever. he then went to hr to file a complaint about me for not wanting to be his friend and they wrote me up for this, then they tried to say i was misdocumenting pool readings, we wrote them down and they were never changed. they discriminated against me by not paying me at least as much as the others that were hired on. this manager also would allow other staff to not work and just stand around and come down on me cause i wouldnt do that staffs work.i have documentation from the first week of all the stuff that happened.avoid this business as much as possible if you need a job
