      I bought a vehicle from DRIVEWAY.COM, a Lithia motors company. NEVER AGAIN! I paid cash 2 months ago, and I still do not have the title and registration. The temporary tags from the *************** have expired (they only allow two), and my **************** can't give me a temporary tag because they do not have any information on my vehicle. Driveway.com sent all of my paperwork to a 3rd party company in ********, where it will be processing for the next 3-6 weeks. So, I can do absolutely nothing expect wait! I can't drive the vehicle I own!! The unhelpful customer service person I spoke with told me to drive the car without the temporary tags and just explain the situation to the police officer if I get stopped! WHAT?? And what if I were in an accident? I am so disappointed in this company. They have really let me down. Avoid at all costs!

      We have been dealing with Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Klamath Falls due to auto repairs on two vehicles since April 01, 2022. Today is November 12, 2022.The repairs are still not complete. There is no follow up, no return calls, they lie about ordering parts and neither the Service Manager, or the *************** care about the issues that are described to them. The main service representative has lied and will not return calls. They avoid us and do not want to rectify their mistakes. I am not sure what is going on down there, but corporate definitely needs to be made aware of how they treat people and how they are doing business. And don't respond to my review and ask that we reach out to discuss this further. You are very aware of the situation with both of our vehicles and neither you or your employees seem to care. Shame on you, Lithia, for treating people in a small community this way. I do have documented time lines that include texts, emails and voicemails to validate our situation from the Lithia *******************
