On June 17, 2022 I took my ** to Guarantee ** to have the window above the cab replaced. I was going to have them measure the window and then bring it back after the long weekend to have it done, but I was assured they would have it back to me no later than June 29th, so I left it. I got a call a week later that the window still wasn't back from the glass shop, but they would have it ready for me the 28th or 29th at the latest. On the 28th I left a message asking how it was coming. No reply. The afternoon of the 29th I called again and asked where my ** was. No reply. The afternoon of the 30th I called and left a message saying it didn't look like they were going to have my ** ready for the long weekend. No reply. I finally got a call on July 7th that my ** would be ready the next day and another call on the 8th saying I could come pick it up. So 9 days after the date they promised it to me, I got my **. All the plans for the long weekend, reservations, etc - lost. I was not happy. I asked to inspect the ** and when I went inside and looked in the sleeping loft where the window had been replaced I found loose moulding, extra screws, and plastic bits. When I told them this they said, "Oh, we wouldn't have touched the trim." Today I went to clean up and fix the trim, and discovered why it was loose. Apparently they had taped a piece of plastic over the place where the window belongs and left the ** out in the heavy rains we had while the ** was in their care. They didn't even bother to remove the tape. Well, it leaked. A lot. The sleeping platform was soaked under the vinyl layer and had swollen and buckled. This no doubt popped the moulding right off. It is still damp. And those plastic bits laying in the loft? They belong on the end of the curtain rod to keep the curtain from coming off. Now that's a small thing, but indicative of the attitude of Guarantee **. Don't make the mistake I did. Go somewhere else!
