We had A&E perform duct-cleaning and duct-sealing for us this week. Their technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. The initial estimate of leakage (after duct cleaning of our **** sq ft home built in ****) was a loss of 436 cfm (fan was rated for **** cfm), so about 30% loss! Based on this estimated loss we went forward with duct sealing. The initial leakage number for the duct system was 397 cfm, which was determined by measuring how much air a lab-calibrated fan had to supply to maintain a specific pressure in the duct system. (I considered the estimate we'd received a couple of days earlier to be pretty close!) After the duct-sealing process, leakage was measured to be 4 cfm, so WAY less (99% reduction). We're eager to see the savings on our heating and cooling bills!*******, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable on both furnace and duct installation as well as cleaning and sealing processes. I can recommend him without hesitation, and I'd have no reservations about having him do additional work on our HVAC system or those of a friend.

stay way from this company. ... Horrible company and employees from the area service manager down. We had them install our AC unit only to have problems down the road well within the warranty period. After being told by the area service manager that it is extremely common for their new installs to have problems I called a different company who came out and fixed their poor install job cheaper and faster then a and e's warrenty price. Unless you want a company to be rude do a poor install job use the wrong parts, install check valves in backwards and improperly install drainage and cost more then this is a company for you.A & E Heating & Air Inc

We are sorry that we could not meet your needs. Your system was installed in 2015 by a company that A&E recently acquired through acquisition. Although A&E did not perform your install, we did come out to try and assist with your situation. We found that your system has a leaky coil which is covered by the manufactures parts warranty, but the refrigerant and labor costs are not covered. We understand your frustration, it is never ideal to experience issues with your home comfort system; but being that your ac unit is 8 years old issues can begin to occur. We attempted to assist you the best we could within the means of your warranty, but you opted out. We would appreciate the ability to create our own reputation with you in the future.

A&E Plumbing, Heating and Air were out this week to install a new AC unit and damper system in our house. ***** and **** (installers) were very professional and would always take the time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Their workmanship was excellent and they were very meticulous in their work. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working properly and left our place clean.A & E Heating & Air Inc
