    After the machine I bought from mybinding.com caught on fire and almost burned my warehouse down, they stuck me with a repair bill. I paid it. Like the sleazy business they are, they continued to chase me for months. Finally, they sent the $165 bill to collections. After I spent thousands with them. This company's poor business practices makes the entire business community look bad - anyone working at this company should be embarrassed and is hopefully looking for a better place to build their career. My business is going elsewhere.

    Terrible customer **********************. We paid for overnight shipping on some bags we really needed. They shipped out two days later on *** ground. Now they will get here even later. Customer ********************** apologizes but nothing they can do but refund shipping. How about overnight me a box today so I can get my order done. Cant do that. This is not the first time we had trouble so its my fault but it wont happen again.

    Awful machine, and even worse customer **********************. Bought a foil fuser - The gold foil would barely transfer onto the design and was VERY spotty - completely unacceptable for gold foil. After 5+ months of going back and forth with customer ********************** - having to call the Chinese manufacturer for replacement parts (to a brand new machine) as well as to do Facetime with representatives from the Manufacturer just to confirm the machine was not working. Spent hours of my own time over this machine for literally NOTHING. If anyone is interested - I have a documented timeline of my experience with *********. Absolutely terrible - DO NOT trust this company.

    I thought I broke our company's laminating machine. Turns out one of the other employees was able to fix it and it is working wonderfully. We do not need 2 laminators at the business. The shipping box was opened by the office, but the laminator was never taken out of the shipping box. Thanks for your help.The product packaging was never opened.
