    after my dog passed away i ordered a crochet and saw how good their products were. after i placed my order, i was expecting it to arrive in time for christmas as a gift, it didnt arrive on time, so i wanted to save it for a b day gift which was on 1/25. i still havent received it. i told their customer support i dont want it anymore and to cancel my order. there was no warning before hand that it was going to be delayed. on top of that the crochet was horrible. their customer service is poor and so is their quality. they refuse to give a refund.

    I ordered a customized gift for a family member who lost a pet. Uploaded multiple pictures and got a product that not only didnt look like the dog but it looked like it had been run through a dishwasher. Traces of hot glue and Im not even sure what else was on the doll. It also took a month to receive. Reached out and was told they are sorry and was there anything they could make to make up for it. I asked for a remake of what I already ordered and they said theyd give me a discount but Id have to pay for a remake. It was $100 for a doll that I cannot even do anything with and they wont refund or make another doll without additional payment. They posts all these pictures of ones theyve done before but this one looks nothing like it. They care very little about their product and I want to warn people before they spend the money.
