    I paid for this weeks ago and I cant pull up my documents or make changes. There is no glass coverage which of course every other insurance has. They are just c*** insurance they track everywhere you go but if you get pulled over and go to the app it says you have no coverage but if you check my papers I got in the mail the original screenshot from the day I paid I actually have been covered for a while now. Worst company ever, Geico is second.

    My documentation indicates you  just started with our company less than two weeks ago.  Once an application is submitted, it does take about a week to get it processed through corporate and then it will show up on your app.  Holidays do extend this a few days depending on work loads of our corporate offices.  

    Policy holders select the coverage that they feel best fits what their need *** be.  On your older vehicle, you selected liability only which would not include glass coverage.  That is included in your comprehensive.
