    This apartment complex is by far the worst complex anyone could spend their money on. - New tenants are barraged with emails accusing them of smoking in the property. - No sense of privacy on the balcony, in ur apartment or on the premises. - Horrible insulation on a building built in 2024. You can hear the neighbors above you and around. Walking in the hallways you can hear ur neighbors conversations, you can smell what they are cooking. - constant noises from all the neighbors because of how bad its insulated. Lots of dings & out of place building that doesnt make sense like fridge location to how it opensMany things to complain about when it comes to scouters mountain apartments. Id highly recommend staying far away from the apartments, and finding something cheaper & better, which is almost all the complexes around.
