BuySmartWholesale LLC & SmartFBA LLC & – Fraudulent Business Practices and Inventory Theft
I contracted SmartFBA LLC in 2023 to manage inventory for my four online businesses. However, I had no contractual agreement with BuySmartWholesale LLC. My business headquarters is in Cheyenne, WY, while the warehouse responsible for the theft is located at 464 NE 219 Ave, Gresham, OR 97030. Over 1,900 items, valued at approximately $70,000, have gone missing.
    Fraudulent Practices & Financial Crimes:
Deceptive Business Practices: SmartFBA LLC misled clients about its financial stability and fulfillment capabilities.
Asset Misappropriation: Inventory was unlawfully redirected to SmartWholesale LLC, and funds remain unaccounted for.
Destruction of Financial Records: Over 8GB of critical business records were deleted to obstruct financial accountability.
Breach of Non-Compete Agreements: Scott Hunt (CEO of SmartFBA LLC) transferred client assets and leads to competing businesses.
Despite providing clear evidence, local law enforcement agencies, including the Gresham Police Department and Suffolk County Police Department, have refused to investigate. I have filed reports with:
Suffolk County Police Department (Complaint # 25C0103013)
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) (Submission ID 8fea3882cf834413a5aca0d70c7fd0dec)
Gresham Police Department (Report # T25000138)
Additionally, video testimony from Scott Hunt confirms financial mismanagement, record destruction, and illegal liquidation of client inventory.
I urge potential clients to avoid SmartFBA LLC and BuySmartWholesale LLC due to their fraudulent activities. Furthermore, I seek assistance in contacting Scott Hunt, Phillip Kramer, and Cohen Branden Chorabik for their role in this scheme.
If you are a victim of these businesses, please come forward to help hold them accountable. Here are there many websites: www.smartfba.co, www.smartfba.com, https://smartwholesaleamz.com/, https://buysmartwholesale.com/
