    Horrible experience. I bought a 2015 Thor Sprinter RV. I drove it home to ************ **. I called and said that the vehicle is shimmering @ 60 to 65 MPH. I took it into ********** for a full inspection. The vehicle had a worn out rack and pinion, needed an alignment because of major tire wear in the inside treads, leaking power steering hoses, bad house batteries, the brakes, rotors and calibers needed to be replaced. Also, the coach rear upper lights were burned out. The Black tank would not register the right level of water in the tank. I told I5 RV that I was traveling from ************ to ******* ** in 2 weeks. I flushed the black tank 4 times and finally got it to read correctly. After $8500.00 dollars later I felt confident to travel safely across out nation. I emailed and called them and asked if they would consider helping me out in anyway. Of course, no response. Their customer service id horrible and will not help you out. Buyer beware if you are purchasing any RV from them. There out better RV stores to work with than them.
