    Very rude and unprofessional and bad policies. Don't have upfront pricing for things like constant glucose monitors. They want your personal information and try to contact your doctor, suspect CSS is trying to trick patients/customers into being billed and ordered ordering without knowing pricing or policies. I think they have a sloppy disregard to the ***** laws and other patient/customer privacy. Nearly impossible to contact a supervisor. They don't respond timely to phone inquiries or emails and so far haven't made an honest attempt at resolutions or reform. Don't buy a "pig in a poke" they will ******************* you blind. They don't care that by delaying your supplies that they can harm your health or kill you. They don't care if your personal information is stolen or otherwise abused. Supervisors are just as bad. Suggest doing business elsewhere. I've called and emailed several times they still haven't resolve the problems or giving me pricing and policies for freestyle libre 2 sensors. Every time I call in or am transferred they repeatedly want me to give my personal information to disreputable employees.

    I am extremely surprised that this business is running. We as consumers have the right to hold a company to their word. The company head ************************* seems to pride themselves in mixed up systems within. My personal experience is: I have been with CCS for over a period of 2 years again now after having left for 2 years. My insurance turned and they are the only supplier in network. Over time this last one is one of the many situations that have made me ill. They processed my last order and apparently there were some money mix *** and I owed something from last year. Called tried to fix it it doubled then tripled then was added to this year's deductible.So I paid highly for something we all know they don't send unless it paid for but my life depends on it as Type 1 brittle diabetic for over 30 years So no argument Once paid still no order and took about6 weeks more to have it shipped and now for this new order and shipment which should have been automatic but I called to confirm they said my insurance changed and needed to reverify it. My insurance never changed. Said it would take 2-3 days and it took over a week to reverify.Then said they would ship over night and three days later nothing as of yet. I told them I had run out of my supplies I am currently taking 7-8 shots daily and had to change my meds around to suit that. Forget working and trying to have a life around it. The last person I spoke to yesterday said it was our for delivery but never offered a tracking number.Still no package and today they are closed and don't take calls or have a line to supply tracking numbers or phone numbers. I am desperate to get all my meds I am dependant on them. I am horrified at the thought of having to go to the hospital because I do feel like I am getting sick. This company needs some consideration when promising clients a product they can't provide in a timely manner!! But here I sit on a prayer for them to have at least sent it...horrified I can't do anything else.
