  I am writing this review to share my frustrating experience with NW Gymnastics Training Center in *******, ******. My wife, ***, and our children, **** and ***************************, have been attending gymnastics classes at this location for some time now. However, due to personal circumstances and conflicting schedules, we have decided to cancel our membership.Unfortunately, the process of canceling our membership has been anything but straightforward. We have been trying to cancel for over six weeks, but have been unable to reach anyone by phone or through email. My wife even went to the facility during open business hours, but was met with rudeness and aggression from a staff member, which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.Moreover, the lack of communication and responsiveness from NW Gymnastics Training Center is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when trying to cancel a membership. The fact that the staff member threatened to call the police on my wife for simply trying to cancel is beyond comprehension.I am also disappointed that NW Gymnastics Training Center is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. It is important for businesses to maintain a good reputation and be accountable to their customers, and being a member of the BBB is a step towards achieving that.In conclusion, I would not recommend NW Gymnastics Training Center to anyone looking for a professional and responsive gymnastics training center. The unprofessional behavior and difficulty in canceling the membership is an embarrassment for the Better Business Bureau.

  I FULLY believe every other parent who has given **** a poor review and their totally fabricated reasons why the customer is at fault. What a joke you are. For those interested, I did not fight their policy, I simply left. I made no attempt to convince them to let me on the floor as they are allowed to have their own policies. And it is my choice as a consumer to leave if I don't like how the business is run. I called ****** out of courtesy to let them know we were running late and actually asked ****** about the late policy to ensure it would not be a disruption to the class already in session. ****** stated that it was fine and we would just join in when we got there. He also stated that there was only one other child in class (now I know why) and that lots of other parents dont show up on time. Responding to changing my childs age in their systems, I rapidly changed my students info once I got home because I did not trust that **** or anyone working for that business to have my child's personal information and wanted it deleted immediately. However, their systems do not allow me to simply delete either the main account or my students information. After seeing many terrifying comments from other parents and investigating with the BBB, I confirmed that **** is not an ethical or safe business. I have asked them to remove all our billing information which they have stored and based on other parents feedback I am afraid that they will charge me again when I only signed up for a single drop in class. I will look forward to an email confirming that has been deleted as well, but I am not holding my breath as many parents have stated that **** does not respond to parents requests or concerns. I dont allow my child to be whisked away by strangers in a new and strange location ESPECIALLY after reading how many students have been injured or have been treated very poorly by the staff.
