  I think they go out of there way to help anyone. I use there service a few times. And they were professional and friendly. I have to comment that. If you don't report to DMV notice of sale after your car leaves your hands. Your lazy. Everyone knows to. Go on DMV to you and file a notice of sale. It's even on the back of the registration page. Those people are just trying to survive in a world of lazy law breaking drug and alcohol users. Or shouldn't be behind the wheel. If you lose your car. They have to auction it for there loss. From your wrong doing. They didn't ask you to be a bad person nor to come in there lives. You chose to get in the car drunk. Shame on you. God bless all star 24 hour towing for your help with our lower class ignorant people and there fowl behavior practice. And garbage you probably have to clean up from them.

  BEWARE OF ALL STAR!!!On 03/03/2023 I was involved in an accident and the vehicle I was driving was totaled (meaning it would cost more for repairs than vehicle was worth) All Star 24 HR Towing was the towing company on the police towing rotation that towed my vehicle. I requested they bring the vehicle to my residence but was refused. The price of the tow after taking it and unloading it at their lot first was so high, that it was unaffordable. to pay for the tow, so we gave the title for the price of the tow on 03/05/2023. All Star, instead of reporting the transaction to the state within 30 days and applying for a salvage title, sold the vehicle to a private party who never registered the vehicle in their name. I received a bridge toll invoice on 05/10/2023 from ******** Fast Track in ********** in the amount of $7.00 for the vehicle. They offered to pay the invoice, but I chose to pay it instead. I did, however, file a complaint with the ****** ************************* (oregonconsumer.gov) They will be looking into All Star's noncompliance of the law. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! They are very dishonest, and I suspect that the money they got for our vehicle will be unreported income to the state.

  *************************** wanted us to deliver his vehicle to his residence without paying for the recovery service. Nor did he offer to pay anything. *************************** did not carry insurance for the accident that he caused. We were requested to tow the vehicle by the police because the roadway was blocked. ***** refused to pay anything for the service and left the vehicle. There was an unpaid balance that our company did not collect from him but graciously wrote it off.  It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to notify the *** of release interest and file an SR22. According to ****** law, that must be done within 10 days of the accident if there is $1000.00, or more in damages. That must be done by the owner of the vehicle. *************************** did not follow the law. All Star 24Hr Towing did follow the law and did nothing wrong. If *************************** would have carried the proper insurance on his vehicle, as also required by ****** Law then he would have nothing to complain about.   Had All Star delivered my vehicle to my residence at my request, they would have been paid for the tow and recovery of it. Also I did have liability coverage at the time of the accident and any other statement about that is untrue. All Star found opportunity for legally stealing my vehicle, and immediately sold it. Regardless of whether I reported it sold ,the vehicle was legally totaled in their possession and All Star was bound by law to get a salvage title within 30 days.. As I stated, they are liars and crooks.
