    STAY CLEAR !!!! No communication, took order and money . Now no communication whether part is shipped or not . Im trying to get my money back !!! Do not use this business!!!!

    I ordered parts almost a month ago now, i was charged soon as the order was placed. I have yet to receive my order, any return calls or emails regarding the delay. As of today 11/28/2022 you cannot even leave them a message, as their voice mail is not set up. Stay clear of this place and use another vendor.

    Ordered Extended charge and and release. They charged my card right away, but no other response. I have left multiple calls as well as emails with no call back or email response. It is my understanding that it is a small business, and the owner has had multiple health issues. While I am empathetic to the challenge, there is no reason that I should be charged right away, but then receive no communication or the merchandise.

    Ordered product 30 days ago and promised delivery in 10 days. After contact on phone with owners wife she promised to ship right away. I was told husband sick as for delay. Finally shipped less than half of order on 8/22 but will not ship balance even though paid for in full. No phone , only unconnected voice mail. Will not return multiple emails. Seems they are running fraud by deceit and credit card theft over many customers. DONT DO Business there and report your complaint. SCAM ALERT !!

    Havent received my order!!!! On 8/14 a placed an order, they were really quick on charging my credit card, numerous emails and phone calls and I can not get an update on my order. The listed phone number goes un answered and you cant even leave a voice mail because the voice mail is not set up!!!!! Horrible customer service, would not recommend!!!!!
