    I filled a cart with about 1100 dollars worth of merchandise. I left the cart inside the store by the garden center to prevent the merchandise from getting wet. An employee came by and took my cart in the very few minutes that I was away from it. An employee, who I presume took the cart, came by while I was trying to find to notify me that it was at the front of the store. He asked me how much more shopping I had left to do and briskly walked ahead when I told him I was holding the last item. I wasn't really able to keep up since I am disabled and when I reached the front with him he handed my cart off to another employee so that he could scan the items for me. I was separated from the other customers and received many stares as I realized that they were trying to prevent me from stealing. While I understand the stores need to prevent theft I had done nothing to warrant this treatment and 1100 dollars worth of merchandise, I feel, also does not warrant this kind of treatment. If they were really so concerned they could have just kept an eye on me in person or through their millions of cameras throughout the store without needing to degrade me like that.
