    Dutch bros at ********, ** location worst service ever. There was 2 cars ahead of us and took them half an hour to give us 1 drink. Not sure what took long but it's unbelievable. We have been to other locations and this was our 1st bad experience.

    Long story short I was only person in line and even like this they got my order wrong. I asked for green tea in my daughter's drink they added lemonade, I asked for cream, sugar and soft top and they gave me straight black coffee. Worst part they were shift leads, that's all I have to say.

    FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! My daughter lives in ********. She told me about the dog bandana give away. Her daughter's (my grand daughter's) birthday is the 30th so I told her I'd buy a gift card for them so they could go get an early birthday coffee! She drove from ********, ** to Shawnee, ** to the Dutch Bros there. She got there at 2:15 and realized it didn't start until ***** "first come first served." So after driving over a half hour then waiting another 45 minutes for it to start... they tell Her YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DOG WITH YOU?????NOWHERE did it say you must have your dog with you!!! It is over 100 degrees in ******** and you expect people to drag their dogs out in that heat???There was a loooong line of cars waiting to be told about the bait and switch. People were ANGRY. It's not about the bandana! It's about LIES and false advertising! You trick people to come in then say SORRY??? On your ******** page they are telling people you do NOT have to have your dog with you! Lies!Others were canceling their orders! It is illegal to trick people to come in under false pretenses!YOU STOLE MY $30! If I had known you were going to be shady about this I would have saved my money!!!

    I normally love Dutch Bros. but the one on ************ in ********, ** is not the move. I have been there several times and I am met with an okay drink and really bad attitudes by the people inside. There are a few that are nice, but the rest are very rude and short, and from what I read about that is not the Dutch Bros experience at all. I will be going to ********* because they treat me like a real person.

    Dutch Bros never disappoints! From a terrific and tasty product to EXCELLENT customer service, you will be glad you stopped by for a cup. And when you stop by the location in ******** be sure to give a SHOUT OUT to #1 *******!

    Hi! I received a gift card from one of my students for teacher appreciation. I was super excited as I love Dutch Bros however I tried added the card to my account and it’s saying the card is inactive. I tried a few twice and didn’t want to embarrass my student by asking so I was just going to throw it away. Upon looking at my cards the recipe was attached and it was paid with cash money. Do I take it back to the store it was purchase or do I need to call customer service? Please advise on what I should do. Have a bless evening! ******

    I go to the Dutch Bros on ******************* in ************, ** and the staff is amazing. They are so nice every time we go. The coffee is amazing, but Id go back just for the staff. So helpful, very friendly. Love this place. Special shout out to ***** and the girl at the counter today. I didnt catch her name but I wish I had. Thanks yall!

    My account was hacked and someone used the funds on my card, reloaded, and used them again on 11/10/22. I reached out to Dutch bros the next day via email which is recommended on the site. I was contacted the next day asking for info such as the last time I used my account and the location I frequent. I responded with all that information. Despite me reaching out again, no one had contacted me. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank causing me to to get a new card which is a headache. I am very disappointed in the way that this company is ****** g what happened.

    I absolutely love Dutch Bros. I love their drinks, but mostly I love the service I get from every employee. So impressed that they, as a big business have been able to keep this employee attitude going. Especially here in ********, ** where most servers think you are lucky they are there to help you. ******** standards for customer service are at an all time low. This is why it is so refreshing to stop by a Dutch and grab a drink, even when I don't need one. They are the "pick-me-up' that I need. Thank you Dutch Bros!

    Some of the girls who work at Dutch bros in *******, ** are very snobby and continued to skip me and go to the next cars, I lowered my window and said excuse I havent got my order taken and she just says awesome Ill get you next very rude and snobbish. Im surprised the ******** locations are much more polite
