      Let me begin by saying that our experience with the salesperson at R&J Mobility was exemplary and we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. It was after we had completed the sale and had to deal with the owner that this review is based on. We purchased a used handicapped accessible van in July and have been waiting for the registration/title ever since. Numerous phone messages to the owner were never returned and then when we did finally talk to him, we were told the title was lost and that they were applying for a new one. Both of these statements were untrue. The title was at their dealership in Medford and the owner never bothered to check with them. I filed a complaint with the *** and was told that I am not the only customer who is having issues securing my title from this company. I have also entered a claim with the company who holds their bond for the business. The owner has offered to refund the title and registration fees that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle, but I am not holding my breath that I will ever see the money. Long story, ******************'t buy anything from these people. I wish the employees luck because it is obvious that any business that is being run like this, won't be around for very long.
