  I *highly* recommend Terran *** of T.L.C. Tile and Stone! ****** is professional, does really nice work, is responsive to requests and great to collaborate with, and also happened to be the best priced bid out of the 2 formal (and 3 total) bids I got. It would be awesome if everyone did contracting work like Terran approaches it!Terran essentially acted as the 'coordinator' for my 'partial' bathroom remodels of 2 bathrooms & a powder room. He coordinated with the stone countertop provider and plumber, and did the tile work himself (with a sub for some of the demolition). He even helped advise about buying the tile (tile was a separate purchase from his work). Terran was even available to check on a delivery when I couldn't be there; he really put in extra effort to ensure the job went smoothly!I had a new big tub put in (there was room after demo of an original poorly done tile bench), floors and the tub enclosure tiled (with tile 'baseboards'), 3 new toilets put in, new countertops / sinks / faucets in all 3 bathrooms. That required uninstall/reinstall of big mirrors in the bathrooms (as I opted for quartz backsplashes to match the counters).I did use 'remnants' of quartz counters to save money on replacing the counters (way cheaper than buying the entire slab of quartz, and is likely to work for bathroom counters). I will say that his source for counters was notorious for re-scheduling the work and not great at follow-up, and that caused some delays; that was out of Terran's control, and given the relatively low price (again, for remnants), dealing w/some delays was fine by me.Again, bottom-line, I would recommend Terran of TLC Tile and Stone!

  ****** has successfully completed 3 different projects for me with 100% satisfaction (access to tiled main bathroom bathtub, tear down and installation of tiled hall bathroom shower making it accessible for my mother-in-law, and re-grout of the main bathroom shower). I could wax on about how each job was done with care and how Terran's pride in his work shown in the results. However satisfied we were with the outcome, it was a shadow of how certain we are that Terran stands behind the work and will ensure that we continue to be satisfied. I highly recommend Terran for the quality workmanship, the satisfaction guarantee, and the costs of each job. It is such a rare combination to get and I'm glad that we found him for our first job and continued to enjoy his talents for the other 2 jobs.

  ****** did a great job remodeling my kitchen. He was honest about the timeline, pricing, and made sure to keep me informed every step of this project. I appreciate his input to make sure my kitchen vision came to life. Terran is someone I will continuously recommend to those needing a great contractor. Thank you ******!

  I was referred to Terran by ****** Plumbing. I'm so happy I went with ********************************** My previous re-model was a terrible job, that needed to be completely demo'd and re-tiled. ****** was able to coordinate with my plumber to fix some inside work, Showed up everyday when he said, and showed a great level of professionalism the entire project. Demo was done in a day, and the entire project was completed in a couple weeks. So happy with the end results. I would definitely recomment ****** and use him for future projects!   We got a referral to Terran by chance. Thank god we did. Hes a very pleasant, hardworking, and meticulous tiler. He finished our bathroom pretty quick and we brought him back a few years later to tile our kitchen. Hes flexible, communicative, and clean. He shows up when he says he will show up.
