    1-8-2024 I recently had my pet in for a yearly check-up & rabies shot. I asked that they remove 2 small hair knots from her side. They had a technician clip them. There was no mention of what this would cost & that is all I had asked them to do. When I received the bill I was shocked to find that they had charged me $48 for a sanitary trim, which was not done. Normally this would consist of timing the hair away from the private parts. They also cut her claws & charged $27 for that. Something that I had not asked for or granted permission for them to do. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they apologized but offered no refund.I later had a phone conversation with the manager regarding this matter. She told me that the vet & technician had asked me 3 times for permission to trim her claws. Something that never occurred. She was essentially calling me a liar. I confronted her about the unapproved operations & lack of information on the charges before the services were rendered. She then suggested I find a different **************. I'm a senior citizen & have been a client since 2014 bringing several pets to them for their care. Very disappointing & extremely poor management.
