    THIS COMPANYROSINCLOUD *** IS ********************* AND PUTTING OUT BUSINESS CARDS FOR WORK IN THE ****** AREA THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ****** INACTIVE REGISTRATION # ******-90 THIS COMPANY IS ALSO GIVING PROCESS SERVING A BAD NAME, I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY SERVE PAPERS WHERE HE IS FROM BUT THERE ARE RULES TO BEING A PROCESS SERVER IN ****** AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEM AND THEN THEY LIE ON THERE AFFIDAVITS OF WHO WAS SERVED AND HOW THEY WERE SERVED. A PERSON WAS "SERVED" WITH PAPERS THAT THEY WERE NEVER SERVED WITH, THEY WERE SICK IN BED AND DID NOT GET OUT OF BED. WHEN THEY DID GET UP ABOUT 30 MIN LATER THEY SAW A VEHICLE LEAVING THE DRIVEWAY AND THERE WERE PAPERS ON THE ****** THE PAPERS WERE LEGAL PAPERS FOR A CASE OUT OF ******* THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL AT THE "ADDRESS" THEY FALSIFIED A LEGAL ***** OF SERVICE STATING THAT A PERSON WAS ACTUALLY SERVED AND PUT A DESCRIPTION OF SAID PERSON AND THAT IS NOT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSON THAT LIVES IN THE HOUSE NOR WAS THE PAPERS ACTUALLY HANDED TO ANYONE. THE PERSON THAT LIVES AT THE ADDRESS IS FAR FROM THE DESCRIPTION AND ONCE AGAIN THE PAPERS WERE LEFT ON THE ***** NEVER BEING HANDED TO SOMEONE AS THE ***** OF SERVICE STATES. ************************* THE SERVER, SIGNED THE PAPERS AND STATED HE HANDED THEM TO SOMEONE THERE AT THE ADDRESS. AS THIS WAS NOT AN ****** CASE I AM SURE HE WILL GET AWAY WITH FALSE DOCUMENTS, BUT THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED THE PAPERS ON HER ***** IS A BIT CONFUSED AS TO HOW THESE COULD BE LEFT FOR HER AND SHE IS NOT THE PERSON IN THE ***** I DO HAVE A COPY OF THE ***** OF SERVICE THAT WAS SENT TO THE COURTS IN ******* ON THIS *****
