    This company gave me a proposal to wash the windows in our house for $265. Before we even got an estimate from them, we told them (twice) that they are old windows with built-in storms. No problem, ***** (the owner) said. We accepted the proposal. When the guys showed up they clearly did not know what to do. They washed ONE window and then left (with our hose). I emailed and asked when they were going to return and finish the job. No response. Then ***** emailed and said he had to RE-BID the job. I said that was not acceptable, but if he wanted to discuss modifying his fee I would do so. He did not want to do this. NOW I received an email saying I should pay them the $265 for "the work they already did." Do not do business with these people as they do not honor their proposals. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever done business with.
