  On Monday May 15, 2023 I visited my daughters apartment complex to feed her cat while she was away. I'd been doing this off and on for the last few years without any trouble. The parking is nearly vacant during the day and I'd park in an unmarked spot for the 20 minutes I was there.On this day, though the parking lot was nearly empty, I parked in an un-numbered vacant spot for 15 minutes. When I left I found my car was loaded on the tow truck. I ran out to explain but the ** employee said he'd only unload my car for $120. CASH. Who carries that amount of cash? He then said he'd wait 15 minutes for a friend to bring me the money. My friend rushed to meet me but at 15 minutes the driver left, despite my pleas for 2 more minutes. She arrived as he drove my car to impoundment costing me $320. to get my car back.This is predatory towing at it's worst.

  When an apartment has a contracted parking addendum you are required to have a parking permit in the vehicle for the property whether or not there is vacant parking. There are signs located at entrance and exits of property as well as posted in parking lot advising of permit parking only. You were towed for parking with no permit. You were offered a drop fee as you were already in process of being towed and are given ********************************* the vehicle is considered fully impounded at this point and full impound fees would be required to retrieve your vehicle. This is not predatory towing all laws were followed.

  Lived in my complex for over 11 years and had my car towed by this incompetent company. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company if you need something they are just out to make a buck I have more than enough reason but I will give you a few from this ONE experience. When inside the building ***** treated us very poorly, telling my elderly father, myself and my infant child to stand outside. When I argued that, I was told to leave premises and threatened to be charged $100 more. My car was towed from a place it's been a staple for 11+ years and now being thrown in the cold with my child because there's "to many people inside"(we all literally had reason to be there despite her uneducated opinion). ***** was very unprofessional and rude to my family and I, she could do a better job training the older women if she worked on her own professionalism and etiquette. When I received my car back the man who gave my car said "it had trouble going into park, is that normal?" I quickly replied "No actually it's not." And tried to get the attention of my spouse to inspect it. The man said to me "Sure it's not" as if I was lying about it and walked away. I didn't ask for the trouble I was given with my car today and it was incredibly unappreciated and unacceptable for a business. If you need something like a tow or lock out service I would highly recommend SWAT towing for your needs. They are incredibly helpful at SWAT and their customer service is pristine. Hope this helps someone else.

  Tesla roadside contacted ae to get me a tow, was told it would be an hour. Waited an hour and a half, reached out and was told we called and left a voicemail we never heard back. There was absolutely no call, and for sure no voicemail as my voicemail box has been full for over a year. They claimed they listened to the recording but again my vm box is full so I dont get why they would lie. However both employees I talked to including a manager named ******* had major attitudes. Imagine if I were stranded. Got roadside through my car on the display, and my phone wasnt in service they would just have left me stranded whereever? Dont waste time with this company.
