      We called Oregon Taxi the day before to book a taxi to the airport for a 3:30am pickup the next day. We spoke to a person who took down all the information. The next morning at 3:31am we called to inquire how much longer until the taxi arrived. The person couldnt find our reservation and told us it would be awhile. Our plane was scheduled to depart at 5:00am. Luckily, we found an **** who got us there. This is the second time Oregon Taxi left us hanging. The first time they were supposed to pick us up from the airport at midnight. Our flight was late and they decided not to pick us up. Im sure dispatch monitors flight arrival times. We called the driver and he told us we should have called from the plane. Luckily, another prearranged taxi from ******* called a driver for us. We had to wait a half hour, but got home. Oregon Taxi is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

      I have been using Oregon Taxi for 5 yrs now to and from the airport for business flights. 75% of the time they are on time. I call the day prior to early morning flights but today they were 25 mins late. In the past they have been only 5 mins late when they were late. This is very stressful with concerns of missing a flight. They should not accept the pickup when they know they will be behind. When I got to the airport another passenger complained to my driver that the service was 20 mins late when a family member had to get up and take her at 4:30 am. Most of the time when I return home they are late on the pickup. Last week it was 20 mins. I think when I return I will try Uber! PS: the drivers are great! Not their fault.

      Deluxe taxi is the worst taxi company I've ever used. I had a ride scheduled with them two days in a row to go to a medical appointment an hour away from home. I waited and waited and when nobody came to get me I called their dispatch. I was told that they did not send a driver to pick me up because I did not confirm my ride with them. I have been using them multiple times a week for the past 3 months and never had to confirm anything, ever. I told them during that call that I still needed a ride for the next day. The next morning the same thing happened. I waited, nobody showed up to get me, they gave me the same excuse, I missed my appointment. The 1 star that I gave them is for the drivers. They were always awesome. It's their dispatch that is the problem. They are the ones who decided not to send a driver to take me to my appointment two days in a row.
