    Takes months to get in. They can't do your fiances. Every trip there was a problem. Every time my husband tried to ask what is was, they always say they don't know. To this day we are still waiting for a call back. Then the therapist I was seeing called and blamed me for the problems and accused us of trying to cheat him, after he cheated me out of the last three sessions by reading other things on the computer instead of paying attention to my session, calling me by another name, continually moving my appointment day, not believing me when I said the office staff were incompentent and they lied to him and the director about what they initially told me when I first started there. We had a credit card on file so they would always get their payment. The director apologized to my husband the therapist apologized TO MY HUSBAND! He made me worse than when I started to see him on that phone call. I kept telling him my husband would take care of it but that wasn't answer enough and he kept going and going and I kept saying the only thing I could say. I was in a helpless state when he called, which he KNEW!! I can't even walk out my front door anymore bc other people do this and then MY THERAPIST did the same thing!! I can't trust anyone at all anymore. The office will do nothing about ********************************* behaviour or the absolute breakdown he caused me. They refuse to even call back. There are other similar complaints on yelp and ****** about the incompentance of their staff. DO NOT go to Betts Psychiatric if you want to get better, they make you worse.
