    This company gets a 5-Star rating from **. Orders are accurate, always perform as promised, and shipping is fast too. Their flyswatter is worth every *****, as are the toothbrushes and hair products. The Unpaper Towels are priceless and have saved us a bundle!! Thank you, Marleys.

    This is a local business so I usually shop in their retail store but I've also ordered gifts for friends and family from their website. The ******** staff are helpful and friendly. They use Marley's Monsters products and are always happy to share their favorite tips. This has also been my experience when dealing with the customer service department. Online shopping makes me nervous so I did email with concerns about a gift I ordered. The agent went out of her way to include a note for my sister and take care of a few other details I won't include here. I think their products and customer service are top notch!

    Terrible company. And it's really sad because I really wanted them to be great. There was problems with my product because of the way they packaged it, and it just made more problems trying to fix it. They sent stuff that was just about expired. And the items that I ordered from them had really significant flaws that were *not* mentioned on the website but were immediately apparent once you hold the product in person. I tried to return it because of this but they said *I* need to pay for return shipping, even though they failed to mention the product condition on their website. All-around wish I just never had anything to do with this company

    At Marleys Monsters we do our best to provide quality products and service and when we fall short we do whatever we can to make it right. Our Shop Policies are easily accessed through the About tab on our home page. We require damaged and missing items to be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. In this case the package was delivered on 11/11/22 and the customer reported problems on 12/9/22, beyond our posted deadline. One item had an expiration date of 2/2023. Because the customer felt they would not be able to use up the product by that date we made an exception to our posted policy and provided a refund while allowing them to keep and use the product. Other item issues reported at that time were addressed with the same flexibility. Once it was clear what was being requested, we provided a prepaid return shipping label and agreed to process a refund for the unwanted items. Once we receive the returned items we can address the quality issues mentioned that are not apparent when looking at our current inventory.

    The delivery address was a PO Box, and the package was delivered on a federal holiday. The post office was closed, and the post office staff talked to me like I was stupid when I asked for my package that had an "inside delivery" at a post office when it was completely closed. It took a while to locate the package and for me to receive it, and Marleys Monsters knows this because I both reported it to *** and told them. They did not decide to include that in their response to my message. When it comes to the "the quality issues mentioned that are not apparent when looking at our current inventory", they told me they had none of the product that would be expiring later than that date 3 months out. This was a box of 25 bandaids made with an ingredient which goes bad. Who is going to use 25 bandaids in 3 months? And yet theyre still sending them out Also, I got stainless steel cups and said the cups looked like they got crushed together during the shipping (because they used zero packaging, not even a little piece of paper between the cups, and just put everything in a box, lined the cups up from end to end, and then every bump that the box got when people threw it around crushed the cups together). There were 4 that were all crushed so much that I couldn't possibly get them apart. And then most of the cups had fines ridges INSIDE the cup. The insides were NOT smooth, so the cups will accumulate unsanitary buildup as they age. This is a big problem and made me not want all of the cups that I ordered. And they should seriously mention on their website that the inside of the cups are ridged They're saying "once it was clear what was being requested" like I wasn't clear with what I was asking from them. I was very clear in saying I wanted to return 6 cups and replace the bandages with ones that weren't expired or get a refund. And they were not flexible in their resolution. They're willing to send a return label for the 4 crushed stainless steel cups I cant get apart and also send a package out of 4 new ones, but wont cover return shipping for the 6 cups I wanted to return? Yall are spending more money being difficult than if you just did what I was asking. How is that "addressing my concerns woth flexibility"?This comment does nothing but reinforced how terrible of a company this one is... Seriously, where is any sort of genuineness? I bet when they said they looked, they literally meant looked for the ridges instead of feeling for them. And they sent me 2 different batches of cups too, 1 with a wide "Made in *****" sticker and one with a skinny one. By the way, the cups from the 2 batches are slightly different too. Check the ones that have the skinny sticker. Going from not shopping here again to actively telling people to stay away
