    We needed to replace a broken cabinet hing and couldn't find them locally. They called me and i ordered 2 pair of hinges. Even though the shipping seemed high to go from ****** to *****. The order came with 2 hinges. a few days later another 2 hinges arrived. Because they sent them seperately and by freight instead of through the mail, we got charged $80 freight for 4 hinges. I called and asked why the didn't wait and ship them together or call me first and ask if I wanted to pay double freight. Basically they couldn't be bothered. Their customer service is atrocious. I would give them zero stars if i could. These are the kind of people that should not be in business!
