"Really bad experience with this store. The so-called manager - if she is indeed such, first messes up starting the warrant 3 weeks before I can pick it up, then did not commit to agreement of making it availabe to pick up on 12/22 around 1pm or earlier ( the cstore closed at nnon without warning), and better yet, she wanted me to pay for the time spent talking to me on the phone making the arrangments ( that she actually failed to keep) and for keeping the generator in store; so a charge for restocking would occur ( mind you that never left the store, was open or anything)." ...
