    If there was 0 star option,I'd choose it! Contractors are allowed to steal from other contractors without any real solutions. The owner only keeps people around that she can manipulate into paying her personal bills instead of back into the business. She lets people work without proper licensing, doing services they aren't legally licensed to do. She'll withhold tax information, but threaten to take you to court even when all the proper exit steps are taken (but she never gives a copy of the contract contractors are expected to sign and obey). There is one full bathroom for two floors of people working plus their clients. The owner neglects to have the simple necessities needed for day to day salon operation: paper towels, toilet paper, clean towels, cleaning supplies, hand soap, etc...

    This review is from a fellow employee who was actually fined TWICE for not having their own proper licensing per the ***. I have never withheld tax information; everyone is an independent contractor and in charge of keeping their own books. ***** used her own booking site and I never had access to any of her information. She was given her contract upon signing and was responsible for reading it, she also was give a docu version for reference thats public. There was never any legitimate proof brought to me about stealing and I will not fire based off of assumptions. Also, there may be times were supplies have ran low because I wasnt informed of the need of replacement but there was always instant resolution. This is a review from someone who is being taken to court by myself for not paying their rent and fulfilling their duties and obligations.
