This bank is horrible. **** illegally repossessed my vehicle although I've never missed a payment and was not in default. I did a voluntary surrender because my ex wouldn't give me the car back. The next day I called the bank and told them I would be getting the car the following weekend and could I stop the voluntary surrender. I was told yes, and I asked if I needed to come in and sign anything and was told no. The following week "before" the weekend the bank sent someone to take the car which cost me $1,377 in fees I did not have. Throughout the process **** has "forgot" to mention things, even lied to me when I asked why he didn't call me before taking my car and he said he did several times, but my **** records show proof that the bank never called me or left me any messages. The only message I received from **** was telling me he didn't have a key for my car the day it was taken from me. I requested the bank reimburse me but of course they won't even though it was their employee's incompetence that cost me $1,377. **** won't even admit he was wrong and just keeps lying and making more excuses. I pulled my money out my account and closed it and will not be banking with Pacific Cascde anymore. You would expect a bank employee to have more integrity.
