    This company does not deserve even a single star.Our bill came to $680.00for a move out clean on a small, one bd, 1 bath 780 sq ft single-level cottage. . The previous renter had done most of the superficial cleaning, the space was empty and I expected a thorough deep clean. Here's what I got instead:- They did not show up the first day that they were scheduled. - They did not show up on time the next day. At the end of Day 2, they waited outside my house to be paid. Complaining that they expected payment upon completion of the job, and I had wasted their time. They never communicated when they would be arriving or leaving. When I finally got home and expressed my disappointment in the quality of their work ... the person who represented himself as the owner...got irate, shouting and accusatory that I was just out to rip him off. I felt that I was being bullied, and I asked him to leave. I felt threatened and he insisted that I pay him then and there.- It says on line that the business accepts credit cards for payment. When I asked for a bill, and offered my Credit Card ... I was told that he would only accept Vemeo or cash ... and he needs it NOW. I felt pressured and fearful as I was alone at night with him on my property. I was offered a hand written receipt torn from a notebook with no identifying information. Only: Move out Cleaning; fridge, stove, baseboards, walls etc. $680.12 14hr 50 min labor.- *********** is sold as $90 an hr for 2 people. They billed for 14 hrs 50 min. (7hr 25 min per person). I inspected the house before the cleaners came and was satisfied with state that the renters left house in. What these folks were hired for was the deep cleaning part. That was not done. Almost 15 hours is a totally unreasonable amount of time for the size of the space and the amount of work that was required. - They cleaned the carpets when I had specifically asked for an estimate before cleaning. Unprofessional, poor quality, RUDE and intimidating.
