    I had an excellent experience with Rogue Camera Guys while setting up a security camera system for a recent project. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our needs and recommended the perfect equipment for full panoramic coverage with no blind spots.The cameras were top-qualitycrystal clear resolution, excellent in both daylight and low-light settings, and ready to go upon delivery. I especially appreciated the ability to use each camera independently. The setup was mobile, flexible, and ideal for covering large areas without the need for complex wiring or networking.What really set Rogue Camera Guys apart was their level of care and professionalism.     On October 1 2019 I paid Rogue Camera Guys, owner ***** *****, to install 5 security cameras on my property. I was being terrorized by a male mentally ill alcoholic neighbor. On the advice of the Police I also had a security/privacy fence put up ($1,600.00) and I changed all the locks ($200.00). ***** quoted me $1,400.00 on invoice ******. I did not quibble on the price and I paid in full from check #***. The cameras were bought at ******, Lorex SMART 4K 2TB HDD NVR. There were 8 cameras in the box. I still have the box. After the 5 were installed ***** took the remaining 3. I told him 3 times 'Do not take the 3 cameras'. Over the years I have called repeatedly and asked for the 3 cameras back. He says he 'will call next week'. I saw ***** at The ********************* on Friday 13 2024. I again asked for the return of the 3 cameras he stole from me. Now he says that '****' never gave him the messages. However I never spoke with ****. I have only talked with *****. He is also trying to say he gave me a discount however I have the original invoice in his handwriting. At this time I want the 3 cameras returned or ***** can pay $100.00 for them or ***** can provide 3 newer models of the cameras. I am now sending this review to Better Business Bureau and *******************************. If ***** does not fix this problem within 14 days I will send this review to Yelp. If ***** still does not fix this problem within the next 14 days I will post this review on his ********. I am 75 years old and I am on Social Security. I am a single woman living alone. I hired Rogue Camera Guys because I needed protection for my physical safety. I am extremely disappointed in ***** ***** as a professional and an adult. ****** *****
