    In the winter of 2023-24, RGA services was subcontracted out by Pacific Excavation (who was hired by Washington County) to move my water line at the meter, due to construction the County was doing on ******* Rd.My water meter was one that RGA services moved. A handful of weeks later, we had a weather freeze event and my pipe burst at the site where they had done their work. This was excavated, of course, and photos were taken. My line is over 250 feet long, so, it sure seems uncanny that it burst right at the site of their work- yet they want to say it was a spontaneous burst. A temporary fix was done the next day, but ultimately, I had to have a new water line placed. I have been trying to recoup the $12,141 out of pocket that I had to spend on a new water line due to RGA Services's error. They have denied any responsibility. And Washington County points their finger at RGA services. So, noone will take responsibility. Because I did not hire RGA services myself (but rather, the County did due to their work that I had no 'say' in), I have no recourse. In my view, RGA services is an unethical company and I would not use them. They don't seem to have regard for the families their work affects.
