I've been riding motercycles since I was 8 years old. I rode for 2 years on the road without my license, since the classes were closed for covid. 1st complaint, you CANNOT expect people too too pay attention the whole time when it's 100 degrees outside, and before you say oh well we can just reschedule you, there out months, it would be more months of riding without a license. 2nd complaint the way the tests are performed are nothing like the real world. They expect us too watch a cone too see when our tires cross it when we're supposed too be looking up. They also said that we can't put our hands over the brakes to prepare for a stop? Absolutely absurd. The motercycle I was on ****** worse then any bike I've ever had. Instructors are smart mouths who think they can treat the people learning however they want. Instructor literally talked about how he was in the marines and this was nothing, when 2 of us students vomited that day. Whole program needs a rehaul. Students should be in air conditioning. There should be 2 separate programs, one where you just take the test, and one for people who have never ***** a motercycle before. Also should be allowed too use my bike instead of your really crappy ones. Also for the $229 price tag, you think they could have updated the website, it looks like it was made for Windows XP, but honestly the in person part of the course was so bad that the online course seemed like an ****** Overall this is just another way Oregon is letting its citizens down. I will see if I can take a retake that is just a test, but if they think I'm gonna sit there in the heat for another 4 hours there joking. I will simply continue riding without my license, I'm an amazing driver so I won't get pulled over anyways.

Please accept my apologies you had to ride in warm temperatures, we have cancelled class when the temperatures get too extreme. However, the training environment is not much different in terms of weather than out on the road. Please contact us at ************, and we can get you scheduled for your retest. It takes about 45 minutes and you should be on your way. Should you want some feedback on what to focus on for your retest, please request to speak to the training manager for a skills test review.

Feel like I have a target on my back. Instructors are not helpful. Unfair and not a good place to go. Wish there were other options for taking the endorsement class. Instructors don't know very much and are not good at helping others learn!
