    I hired Best Owner Direct to do regular maintenance for my furnace and AC in the spring so I'd be sure I'd be comfortable and no AC breakdowns this summer. My system was working fine.BOD HVAC comes out and then suggest my furnace has 3 major faults and if I don't fix them, I'll have catastrophe in the future. I had a funny feeling about this. I just requested an estimate and ordered him to just do maintenance.Three weeks later, my heat wouldn't turn on without a 15 minute delay. I call BOD and their Service Mgr. comes out. **** then says the circuit board is bad along with the thermostat & mentions other issues. Parts need to be ordered. He seemed honest so I agree to work and get an estimate just under $1000. After thinking about this, I had second thoughts and canceled the service work.I am having a different company with an A+ rating address the issue of the furnace not ********** seems very suspicious that my system worked fine until BOD worked on it and then I had problems.This experience makes me VERY suspicious that BOD sabotaged my system so that they could generate revenue.I would like to share this experience so that others don't experience the headaches I have had with BOD.
