Went into the ****** location today 12/11/2024 and was VERY disappointed in how I was treated. ***** ******* was on his phone and failed to even make basic eye contact with me (a buying customer who bought a ********************** down the street), then proceeded to tell me to get the f*ck out of the store after calling him out on being disrespectful to me. ***** needs at a minimum some basic customer service skills training and at a maximum some sort of disciplinary action or termination of employment for his actions. He should not be placed in a customer facing role whatsoever.Review fromMary L

Purchased a flexible bed from the ********* store on April 17th 2023, in September I contacted the store saying the bed was not working. At that time I also informed them that I'm 74 yo,Disabled and cannot get down on the floor to check for any loose wires. To date, this issue still has not been resolved. Sounds like I'm stuck with a faulty bed that cost over $3000.

While the warranty coverage is solely through the manufacturer we appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to assist whenever possible.
A technician was dispatched over the weekend to collect the remaining information the manufacturer needed to proceed with the claim.
Our team will follow up with the manufacturer to ensure the necessary parts have been ordered and service has been scheduled.

I just bought 2 new mattresses from Mattress World. I found the selection to be great and the service was amazing. Sharelle at the *********** store was very knowledgeable and helped steer me through the sea of beds to the ones that were perfect for me, quality and price wise. Plus I got upgrades of an adjustable bed frame and extra long mattress at no additional charge. Delivery is free and they will haul my old mattresses to be recycled at no cost to me. Horrible mattresses and horrible service, This place is a scam. My husband and I both developed neck, back and side pain from a mattress we got at mattress world NW.Mattress World Northwest
