    Called for heat pump they installed two years ago had now stopped working and since backup gas furnace was working OK he asked if could come a couple days later to focus first on those without heat. I said fine. He came a couple days later, found a failed sensor and had to order a new one. Will come soon for this under warranty repair.

    Very happy with service. Responded in a timely manner and once work started, ******* and ***** finished the job quickly. We had freezing rain but they were able to arrive on time get heat back in the house. Our cat was happy with the result as well. ****** and *****

    Fantastic service! Our water heater was out after this windstorm they came out in less than three hours from my call through snow and ice. Got us hot water again and just in time for next storm. They will always be the first people I call. Always has the customers best interest in mind.

    Shadiest people I ever worked with. End up paying 14K more than the original estimated price for the job. 2 of the 3 wall mount HVAC heads were mounted crocked and not flush to the wall- when asked to fix them (make it level) *******, the tech gave me attitude and told me that is how it supposed to be mounded. VERY bad manners. They broke ventilation pipe in the attic; when asked about it, they denied it. They took my wire passing/fishing rods, extension cords. They did a horrible, horrible job! Be aware of hiring them
