********** said it all in Jan. 23 complaint. I made mistake of hiring this company 7/24. Had no idea they were to be licensed. Still no Ccb number on any paperwork. They continually lied throughout. Made appt several weeks in advance and verified the day before. No show, no call. I called the office, said I didn't have appt after I had verified day before. Said they would come at 2pm, no show and no call. After 6 hours of waiting in hot truck I left, they showed up at 3:48pm but stood around outside until 4:08. Contract said they would clean all surfaces which was not done. Smoke on walls, pill on floor behind refrigerator, dog urine in closet, unknown substance on wall. Unfortunately pro tem judge in this matter did not enforce contract and allowed company to charge bogus charges not on contract. I had cameras and caught company charging for hours not worked, because once caught they changed hours judge thought it was ok. Wonder how many customers who don't have cameras are fleeced. In court company had Production guy who made excuses for not cleaning (no exceptions on contract or voiced prior). They don't clean food off walls (I don't know if substances were food, boogers, or bodily fluids), don't clean source of smells but charge $900 for fans that don't do anything because source of smell still there. Servpro doesn't clean behind refrigerator or clean tub because caulk was dirty. Judge just enabled this company continue to charge excessive amounts for very little work. They sprayed unknown liquid over filth which I then spent 40 hours cleaning off. They got over $4,000 from me so beware

    **************,

I am sorry that you feel this way. We performed the scope of work as requested, it was not requested to do a deep clean, it was to disinfect all surfaces as stated in the estimate. We went to court and this has been resolved and the judge did rule in Servpro of Southeast Favor. You were charged $3,766.27 for these services as this was for work performed. The additional money that you had to pay was for court fees. From the moment we received this job and a down payment was given to us to perform work you had stopped payment before work was even completed. This then showed us that you were never intending to pay for services. Again I am sorry that you feel the way you do, but this file is closed, and was taken care of in court.

Yes Merci you always have an excuse and your people continually lie which other complaints against you have mentioned. Your contract said nothing about doing a deep clean just that you would clean all surfaces in home which you did start on by cleaning 3 items. Spraying *** liquid over filth does not clean it especially when it then had to all be cleaned off. I did not stop payment before work was completed so that's another lie. Your employee ****** who since quit said they were done on Friday, I did not stop check until Monday morning and I called your office to tell the rude man answering the phone, he made threats and never once said I'll send someone to check it out with you. Because the temporary judge gave you over $4,000 and it doesn't matter why, you did not do $4,000 worth of work. Contract was for 40 hours and your people did under 15 hours but you still received money anyway. It's too bad because it empowers you to keep up the lies, not follow the contract which the **** pour judge should be obligated to follow because in your companies case you keep breaking it.

We had to fire this franchise as well for lying, untimely and poorly done work, fraud and unlawful business practices. In the end we had to hire a lawyer to deal with the incredibly fraudulent bills we were getting. Despite the fact that the company is listed under ***********'s name it is run by **** and family. They do not have a CCB with this franchise. They have one with Precision Edge Restoration but do not tell you that. After a basement flood, we were billed for areas that were never worked on, billed for HVAC at 3x's the amount that was already reimbursed by insurance, asked to pay their OR corporate activity tax, and billed different amounts then our insurance company with Silo wanting us to pay the difference of many thousand of dollars more. He routinely sent insurance one estimate and us another. Our small basement belongings that were packed out and never fully packed back started at $3170 and ended up with us getting a bill for over $12,000! They mishandled our belongings and we were told by the hired help that brought them back they were in his warehouse next to all his stuff. Not a secured, climate controlled facility. He wanted me to call the software company because they were using outdated software and I couldn't receive any of the promised photos or lists of our belongings. He delayed ordering our carpet/pad only to learn when he finally did it was with a different company and a lesser pad. When we tried to get the Servpro HQ involved, he called and threatened us. He claimed that he used Xactamate software for estimates which is the same software insurance companies use yet **** managed to send them different estimates then the ones he sent us and had discrepancies with the insurance as well. He even stopped communicating with our insurance agent despite multiple attempts by the agent to try and get a hold of him to resolve the claim. This company has illegal business practices that will try to ruin you. We had to hire a lawyer in the end.

Sorry **** that you feel this way. The charges were very valid and justifiable, and the insurance company approved all charges for this work scope that was performed using the same software Servpro of Southeast Portland uses. Due to the change of amounts in the estimate that was because it was a rough estimate due to not having the ********* performed at the time as they request us to give rough estimates prior to those services for what has been performed. Once the ********* was performed the price changed due to that work scope being performed completed, so yes, we have to change the cost as those services were not billed for at that time. This file has been closed and paid. Precision Edge LLC is the company that is attached to our DBA, in which Merci Bucsa does hold a CCB. I do not want to go back and forth and your more than welcome to reach out to me personally to speak about your concerns.
