    My wife was referred to this office by a local dentist. We were billed $2,339 for an examination plus a treatment for her tooth. One tooth. The receptionist, *****, was VERY rude when we didn't pay the whole amount up front, even though they had not billed insurance yet. My complaint is that I feel they did very little work for a pretty hefty charge and ***** was very rude and condescending toward us both. We are both retired on fixed income and do not appreciate being talked down to. They also list that they offer payment plans on their web site, but we were not given that option. They also allow up to 20 days after treatment to pay the bill, which we were not offered initially. They finally agreed to bill us, but very very nasyt towards us for doing that. They then added more charges to the initial amount we were to pay, because we were told the co-pay was just an estimate. This is a ****** learned by us both, to check out a company before doing business with them. The dentist did not explain to my wife what he was going to do and what the cost would be, they billed insurance using a code for something he didn't even perform. Sorry this is so long, I just hope nobody else has to experience this type of treatment and be bill an exorbitant amount for very very little work performed. I am not surpassed this office is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau
