      Terrible place - don't go here. Went here for allergy shots for 2 years and it was always a pain. Recently left and they have refused to release my allergy vials and medical records.

      I waited 3 months for an appointment for patch testing. They did a consult and agreed that patch testing was appropriate and booked me appointments. They proceeded to cancel on me twice and then let me know they couldn't reschedule because they don't have providers. They tried to send me to an office in a other state. Go somewhere else. They are not equipped to help anyone here.

      I received a statement of past due billing for both services previously paid and incorrect billing charges. The statement includes verbiage threatening to report me to a collection agency if the total is not paid in full immediately.Statement received via regular US Mail on Monday, April 10, 2023.I have made several telephone calls to the number as provided in the statement, leaving detailed information and requesting contact. No contact has been made.The business appears to be inept and potentially corrupt.
