      Do not purchase any SR ********************** pool slide.I spent over ******** on a typhoon slide.The joint in the middle did not align and the left side has a big gap on the outer edge. My pool builder put something in the joint to try to help it not be such a big gap. (It really hurts your bottom when you go down the slide). I decided to call SR ********************** to try and figure out what to do.Only to find out that because my pool builder used something to try to fill in the gap so it wouldn't hurt the children going down, she said that voided my warranty.I'm just really aggravated at spending this much on a slide and they refuse to do anything. Clearly, it was made out of alignment and I'm not asking for money back or a new slide, just for it to be fixed and useable. This is so frustrating. I would not recommend buying any SR ********************** product. They do not stand behind them. Whatever the pool builder used in ********************** product. They do not stand behind them. Whatever the pool builder used in the joint is not permanent. I could pick every bit of it off. I just don't see how this can void a warranty when it did not do anything to the structure of the slide at all. Plus, I just spoke with my pool builder and they had installed this same identical slide. It was leaking in the joint so the called SR ******************** and guess what, they told them to use joint compound in it!! Go figure, but that voids my warranty??

      I filed a previous complaint that was closed before it was resolved about a micro pool light shorting out and I wish to update it. SR ********************** did replace my light and sent a technician out to fix the issue. Much of the issue was exacerbated by the pool company not being communicative about the issue and SR ********************** also sent lights for two other clients with the same issue. If youre in the **********, ** area waiting on a pool light, know that SR ********************** has sent replacements that sat in my home for over a month. As long as this light remains functional, I am satisfied with SR **********************s resolution of this issue.
