      One star is too high of a rating. Owner **** is emotionally abusive. While trying to corporate with this Bill. He yelled at me, threatened me several times, called me names, belittled me mocked and laughed at me after he made me cry, called me a f****** *****, and continued to threaten me. I had a panic attack in my car and felt extremely unsafe. My anxiety has been atypically escalated following that event. I needed to reach out for emergency therapy and support. After looking through the reviews on here and on yelp, it sounds like this is a common occurrence with Bill. He is a dangerous man and should not be running a business like this.

      Our business has never done business with you; therefore,your accusations and complaint have no validity whatsoever. Im completely appalled that someone like you can reach out to the BBB or any other social media platform to make a complaint about my business when you especially and knowingly assisted in the theft of a vehicle from our tow facility.
      All of this has been documented on video and will be shared with the Clackamas County Sherriffs Office. I have several witnesses at the yard who witnessed your erratic behavior and your assistance in the theft of a 2010 Buick Enclave that we own from our tow facility.
      *********** takes defamation of character and your slanderous remarks very seriously and after the review of these tapes, we are considering taking legal action against you and will be having your complaint removed from the BBB and any other agency.
      You are not welcome to contact our business or enter our property. Consider this your first and final notice.

      Owner is on drugs, turned an easy pay and pickup into a bad experience. Threatened my 17 year old 5 time on video while he had cash in his outstretched hand trying to pay, verbally abusive. Cant carry on a conversation without skipping back and forth randomly and confusing himself. We litterly watched him make himself angry. when he pulled the vehicle out he put it in park while it was still moving, we drove away in silence not believing what we just saw and heard.

      Our company takes false accusations and slander very seriously and we are considering taking legal action against you for defamation of character. None of your accusations have any merit and are all false, nor did you have any business with our company, as you were asked to leave our property on multiple occasions due to your demeanor. We have a copy of your son's driver's license, and it shows his year of birth being in the year of ****, which would not make him 17 years old, he would be closer to ***** years old, making him an adult not needing his parents to accompany him to obtain his vehicle. 

      This situation could have been handled easily and amicably between your son and I if you were not involved and if you had listened to my request the first time to leave my property. 

      Your entire contact including you being asked to leave my property several times, was witnessed by three of my employees and recorded on video. 

      If this matter is not closed immediately, this may result in legal action taken.
