    Lousy company - or at least the manager is. I had one leaking window 2 months after I had two new windows installed by Great Northern Windows. ****** went to the office to speak to the manager about this, was very rude and defensive - eventually gave me two choices... one I would have to pay for - removing the framing to check underneath that the seals were ok; the second option would be at their expense - frame and caulk the smaller window that was just above the new one. I chose the latter. He said they would call me to schedule this. That was 6 weeks ago... no call. I don't care to speak to the jerk manager again. Hired my own handy man to try to fix the problem. I certainly would NOT recommend this company. Their website touts customer satisfaction as their most important thing. That's a joke.
