    Very disappointed. In my opinion the quality of the job was amateurish and unaesthetic. We hired BDR to fix a known leak/flood issue in our new home. His employee removed the toilet without draining it causing a 2nd leak. The job took about 3x estimated time. Job cost more than initial estimate. Cabinet was scratched during remodel and replaced w/o staining scrapes and footing was left unsecured. A chipped floor tile was placed in center of room but perfect tile was left over. Backsplash tiles were joined in corner with unsightly zig-zag gaps, backsplash tile has chips in center, grout was unevenly applied in varying thickness, edges appear rough, some tile has grout, other areas do not. Most of home was covered in thick silica dust which **** promised to remove. Only minor cleaning was done. When I said the corner backsplash didn't look good, **** packed up and left, after demanding more $. We spent 21 hours damp mopping floors, walls, furniture and washing ALL clothes in closet. I finally had to hire the carpets recleaned (they had just been done), and the vents due to the excessive dust. I have photos of all I stated. We really liked both owner and employee but are more than disappointed in the work done.
