      Terrible service. We have been in our home for two years with ZERO problems with the grout in our shower with regular cleaning. On Friday, 07/08, was hired to clean and seal master shower and entry floor. Entry floor is fine. Master shower has a BUNCH of the grout blown out but because the service provider SEALED the grout after blowing grout out of 3 walls, we could not step into the master shower to see the damage. Note that they SEALED the grout while it was wet. On Monday, 07/11, contacted Chem Dry of Bend to discuss the problems with our shower and asked for someone to come out to the house to observe the problem. Original service provider came out to the shower stating that he did not think that it was that bad but would talk to his supervisor. Without all the drama of the back and forth and the failure of the supervisor to get back to us, we received the following response:"I was giving you the information that the grout was bad hoping that you would be reasonable and work with me on this situation that ultimately is not our fault. Whoever installed the grout or the grout itself is bad. We cleaned it with an approved process that we have done on hundreds of other showers without issue. If the grout cannot be cleaned with an approved method, there is something wrong and it would have to have been addressed at some point making us 100% responsible is not fair.The provider should have stopped with the first indication of grout coming out to find out what we wanted to do. There was zero communication about the problem, we had to discover it. And they failed to wait for the grout to dry before sealing. This was a TOTAL failure in service, creating serious problems with our shower that now has to be rectified by stripping, regrouting and resealing. They are taking ZERO responsibility intending to do nothing to fix it. If we don't get satisfaction, we will be going to court.
