      This business is not helping to grow your business. They lock our log in excess for many month without reason and notification. They don't even try to help. We called a multiple times to resolve this issue. Still no answer. Bad experience.

      We appreciate you notifying DAT of this issue -- the input of valued customers is very important to DAT as we strive to deliver the best value and service. *** has made many improvements in its security framework, which includes active monitoring of the loadboard and logins. Per DAT's Acceptable Use Policy, the sharing of DAT logins is not permitted. After DAT had assessed and resolved the security issue surrounding your login, your login was unblocked and your account remains active. A credit was also applied to your account.

      This company has issues, we did not have the service 24 hours because the company has lots of loads listed without prices and the people do not return calls. It is useless to companies in my opinion. You are paying for non-service. I cancelled them online, yet they called wanting *****, which I paid to rid myself of them. As far as I'm concerning, people need to be very careful when picking loading companies.

      We are sorry that you had a negative experience with our application. We have a fully staffed customer support department that is available 24 Hours Monday-Friday. I do not see that we were able to speak with you regarding the issues you experienced but that you did have access to the service until the date of your disputed charge. At this point, it is impossible to say what happened as we were not notified of the problems you were having but you did have access to our network and there is usage on the account during the period in which your account was active.

      DAT is a monthly subscription based service and per our cancellation policy, DAT requires a cancellation notice before the renewal date to fully cancel your services. Since you had a negative experience and disputed your charges, DAT collected the amount that was disputed for the days you had access to the service till the end date of when your dispute took effect.

      I have been a loyal customer of DAT for seven years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. This year, they introduced new pricing that was shockingly higher than what I had been paying for years. Naturally, I decided not to renew my account.To my surprise and frustration, DAT chose to auto-renew my account with the new, exorbitant pricing, completely disregarding my wishes. This kind of business practice is simply unacceptable and has tarnished my perception of DAT.I believe in fair and transparent dealings with companies, and this experience falls far short of that standard. I hope that sharing this feedback will encourage DAT to reconsider their approach and prioritize customer satisfaction.In conclusion, my long-standing relationship with DAT has taken a disappointing turn, and I am left questioning their commitment to ethical business practices.

      Our company has been discriminated by DAT Freight and Analytics.Their compliance department told my company, that because our dispatchers are in *******, they cant work with us. It was never an issue before. We have asked a lot of local companies who use DAT account and have dispatchers all over the world - no of them have this issue with DAT.Later their legal council gave us another explanation which made no sense at all.DAT is simply trying to make it look like its not discrimination.We report DAT unethical behavior to their parent company, ***** Technologies.

      I have call them 3-4 times to cancel my subscription they told me they cant do it for **** have to login to my account and do it I logged in many times and you go to your Account ******* not give you the option to unsubscribe. And yes I did it on my computer Its weird how you can do everything on there app but canNot unsubscribe. I have been getting changed to my account every month.

      My wife uses the *** red app to find me loads while I'm on the road, but I find way more on the ***One app, even when searching the same search criteria. It's an crucial part of our business, gives us the edge especially when talking w brokers, couldn't do business without the data *** has.
