  Mindvalley auto-renewed my annual subscription without proper warning $299 USD (which cost me $423.86 CAD). Although they send an email 15 days before the charge, its buried in a flood of marketing emails. I canceled on the same day I was charged, and they still refused to offer a refund.Theres no phone support, no way to speak to a real person, and the chat agents are completely unhelpful.This company promotes values like mindfulness and personal development, but their customer policies are manipulative and predatory. I expected more from a company that claims to care about human well-being.

  I made the blunder of investing my money in Mindvalley as one interested in personal growth. Even though they claim to provide quality online education, their programs are all the hype and very little value; it is all about snazzy marketing and no long-term value at all. Plus they boast of creating an app to socially network, and my networking with the founder, ****** ******** cost me $2240 which was borrowed on the pretext of being in deep financial trouble. As a subscriber at the time, I made the blunder of respecting the fraud and his company and was defrauded. To date that money has not been returned to me; because at Mindvalley events require members to network without boundaries, I raised my objections and was defrauded. Better free programming with lasting impact is available on *******. The entire company is a big con act and you DO NOT get value for your money from any of their learning products. Stay away from this fraud and their company. Free ******** prayer, and meditation videos bring more prosperity and abundance. Hope more people don't get scammed, conned.

  Im very disappointed !!!I have tried to contact Mindvalley and they do not any phone number or customer service number. I sent multiple emails and they all came back with the email address wrong. When I joined, I saw a commercial on ******* and it clearly stated that there was a 90 day trial period and a 90 day refund. It has been 62 days since I joined and fully paid $299 for a one year membership.I tried to cancel online and was unable to do so I tried to email the Company Mindvalley and there was no way to email them.I was forced to use WhatsApp with an AI robot and I was told that it was going to be escalated and someone would contact me in two business days. I am still waiting one week later for a response.I am very surprised that there is no customer service of any kind for ********************** and I am extremely disappointed. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card company, and I am hoping, that I will have apositive outcome and have my account credited.Jordana

  THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY Once you pay $299 for a years membership, and $197 for a quest the site and app make it highly difficult to find and use the information that you paid for.I tried chatting and was unable to take a screenshot of my apple statement online so they could not help me cancel auto renewal. I called the number on my statement and its disconnected. Surprise! They refer you to an online customer service company that wont help you unless you pay them $1 for each assist. I bet Visla or whatever his name is gets a cut of that too. Its all automated.I have been working on this for 4 hours having roadblock after ************ last chance is to have apple block the charge in April 2025.I feel cheated out of all my money. No wonder the owner left the states and went back to ********.

  This company tries to project a veneer of self-enlightenment, healing, and insight, yet it is malicious and predatory with its renewals and random charges. It touts a 15-day refund policy. When I saw the annual renewal fee charge on my phone, I immediately went to my account for a refund.Their response was dripping in fake sugar, with the baseline message that the 15-day refund policy does not apply to annual memberships, sorry, but Namaste.Extremely disappointed and grossed out by their business practices.

  I have been with Mindvalley for quite a few years nowat least sevenand have only had excellent experiences with them. Although the cost is up there, the quality of the programs is par none. Excellent teachers, easy platform navigation, and I have never had any issues. I have been a monthly subscriber at times and an annual one, and I still have NEVER found an issue. I can cancel when needed and always have access to what I need. Their programs have changed my life for the better.

  I have been a Mindvalley member since August 2023 and have been pretty happy with the two courses I took - Lifebook and Hypnotherapy certification course. I then signed up for their Viome nutrition course and Total Wealth Mastery Courses...both of which were less than ideal and did not live up to the initial hype and sales pitch that is more consistent with their well established programs. Both theoretically had value but the delivery and teaching of such dense and complex material was sorely lacking. Poor execution and lack of support for the latter programs favoured those in the European time zone. The material was nonsensical as no background, foundational material or knowledge was required and/or taught to ensure those who take the courses had the basics mastered before diving into more complex and sophisticated techniques and strategies. It is like teaching a baby to do parkour before they could crawl and walk. Currently feel dissatisfied with the cost and quality of the last two courses. Truly disappointed. I believe MV has gotten too big and lost touch with their core customer base and what they stand for and who they help. How is one legit, when they can't back up their claims and offers with money back guarantees longer than 15 dys after starting the course? Lack of confidence in their own program perhaps? Do your due diligence and make sure it's the right fit for you. Ask your questions and don't be afraid to speak up. Every question and comment is valid. Learn from the best! We deserve as much!

  I'm alarmed that directly after paying for a year membership to Mindvalley I attempted to cancel as I was unable to access any courses nor get information that could explain the difficulty. I have asked for a refund but am getting the run around from AI generated chatbox that keeps telling me to do something that is impossible to do on either the website or the app. I am filing a complaint with BBB. I advise all who get taken in by the "inspiring" video by ****** ********, do not fall for it! I want a refund of the $299 plus tax immediately!

  They took my money and did not send a "temporary password" and I cannot get into my account. This is a bogus deal!
